Program Description
This service sends informational SMS messages containing URLs and resource links to users who have consented to receive them. Messages are sent by Andrew Bolen. Example messages include links to support pages, service status, or other informational content.
Consent and Opt-In
No SMS message is sent without express consent. Users may opt in through the following method:
(1) Web form: Users visit townsendlab.net/sms-consent and complete the SMS consent form by entering their phone number and checking the consent checkbox. The form includes disclosure of message frequency, message and data rates, opt-out instructions, and links to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies — typically one message per consent event. Messages are sent on demand only. There are no recurring, scheduled, or subscription-based messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Andrew Bolen does not charge any fee for messages sent through this service.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
